My toy has stopped working. What should I do?
New Bright stands behind its' products. We offer a 60-day limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of an accident, misuse, or abuse.
If your product still works, but performance is erratic or less than when product was originally purchased, try these simple steps to resolve any issues that you may have with your product.
1. Ensure your batteries are fresh and/or fully charged. The majority of performance issues can be resolved with fresh or recharged batteries! Refer to your instruction guide for further details.
2. Make sure you install all of the required batteries. Make sure batteries are the proper size, are inserted properly, and are making adequate contact with contact leads in the battery compartment(s). Refer to your instruction guide for further detail.
3. Do not play with your toy in dirt, sand, or water. Also avoid long periods of play under direct sunlight as this will minimize optimum performance.
4. If for some reason, these steps do not correct your problem, please follow these steps to return your product to New Bright for exchange.

1. Remove all batteries or rechargeable battery packs from your toy.
2. Package only your toy & remote (keep your battery pack and charger) carefully along with this
Return form, a copy of the dated sales receipt and ship to:

3. You are responsible for freight and insurance, and corresponding costs to return the toy. You may return the product via U.P.S. or other courier, or utilize the U.S. mail service. Feel free to insure the package at your cost if you see fit. New Bright is not responsible for products shipped to us that do not reach our facility or for incorrect information provided on your return form.
4. Please be aware that the defective product you send to New Bright will not be returned to you as a replacement warranty product. You will receive a brand new product.

New Bright in turn will ship your replacement product to you at NO CHARGE to the address indicated on our return form.

Subsitution Policy:
New Bright will make every attempt to provide you with the exact make or model and color of the product received. However, a different vehicle may be substituted as your warranty replacement if the vehicle returned is out of stock. New Bright reserves the right to make substitutions where necessary. In all cases, the product used as a replacement will be the same scale or larger.
For Example: Item 6648 1:6 scale Hummer returned - Item 6684 1:6 scale Rammunition substituted.
****Please refrain from using packing peanuts when returning your toy.
