New Bright Industrial Co., Ltd. is a leading toy manufacturer based in Hong Kong. Our Corporate headquarters is located in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong and occupies some 30,000 square feet of office space with about 100 full time staff. With the economic reform of the Peoples Republic of China, and their open policy, we have migrated our factory lines and facilities from Hong Kong to the Shenzhen Free Trade Zone (FTZ). This FTZ was one of the earliest open economic zones which provides superb real estate management, sound legal rules, and tax policies for enterprising business developments. And the Shenzhen FTZ is conveniently located only a few minutes travel by vehicle from the Hong Kong/Shenzhen border. We have six blocks of modern factory buildings in the Shenzhen FTZ. All of these buildings were newly constructed since 1994, and give rise to a total of 2,000,000 square feet of production space. Over five thousand full time workers are employed. A dormitory of 550,000 square feet is provided to our workers, including meals, sleeping quarters, and other facilities. In addition, we have recently constructed a new warehouse and distribution center in the Shenzhen FTZ, which provides some 600,000 square feet of storage space for production. Most of our products are shipped directly overseas via the new Yantian International Container Port. Located near the Shenzhen FTZ, Yantian is the first and largest deep-water port and the centerpiece for cargo transport in Southern China. This Port, is one of the world's newest full-fledged container terminals, with huge handling capacity. Combined with comprehensive and efficient roadways, we are able to make prompt delivery of our products, on a just-in-time basis, to our customers all over the world. |
